With more than 40 years of experience in ag lending, Bill is no stranger to trends in agriculture.

He has held senior leadership positions with AgriBank, one of Farm Credit’s largest banks serving farmers in 15 states, as well as CNH Capital where he supported Case and New Holland agriculture and construction sales.

Bill got his start growing up on his family dairy farm in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.

Banking is in Keir’s blood.

He was raised in Dalhart, Texas where his family operated a community bank – serving local farmers.

With experience in everything from commercial and investment banking to private equity and mergers and acquisitions, Keir brings a diversified wealth of banking experience to FarmOp Capital and helps the team look through a different lens. Keir’s professional experience includes positions with Moody’s and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Technological advances in agriculture are not new to Darwin.

He’s been helping provide them for more than 20 years.

In fact, Darwin’s most recent venture helped to revolutionize the buying and selling of farm equipment. Iron Solutions – now Trimble - provided equipment dealers with pricing, risk management, residual value management and more.

Darwin’s dedication to bringing solutions to farmers can be traced back to his roots, growing up on a grain farm in western Canada.

In addition to his role at FarmOp, Darwin serves as an Outside Director for the Western Equipment Dealers Association

Toby’s ag lending pedigree, coupled with his growth-mindset, make him exceptional in his role as Chief Lending Officer.

Toby grew up on his family farm in Iowa.

He’s spent the majority of his career providing his leadership and skills to the team at Rabo AgriFinance.

He oversees FarmOp’s lending operations including customer relationships, marketing and sales.

With a compassionate approach to financing and a legal background, Tony helps lead the credit and operations for FarmOp Capital.

Tony concentrates on proactive financial management and delivering all-in success for customers of FarmOp Capital.

Tony grew up in Finley, ND and has served in legal and credit roles, most recently with CHS.

What do you get when you combine an animated, talkative, financially-driven professional with someone who conscientiously considers all the variables farmers have to deal with? Well, Chris.

He helps lead our credit operations and pulls in his experience with US Bank and CoBank to do it.

Chris’s experience in agriculture credit analysis from traditional lenders informs his review of credit applications for FarmOp customers.

Chris is originally from Coon Rapids, Minnesota.

Anne’s family has roots in Agriculture, and those values help drive her work ethic today.

Focused on the customer’s point of view, Anne strives to bring solutions forward that make farmers’ lives a little easier.

She brings a big-picture look to her role as VP of Customer Success, after serving FarmOp since the beginning.

Prior to FarmOp, Anne held roles with John Deere Financial and ProPartners Financial.

She grew up in the Twin Cities metro area, and resides in rural Wisconsin.

Recognized as an emerging leader in the agriculture industry, Dan brings his crop insurance and risk know-how to his role with FarmOp Capital.

After 20 years within the agriculture industry, most recently with Crop Risk Services, Dan has worked diligently in understanding the farmers perspective and leading teams to meet goals.

He and his family live on their century old farm in rural Illinois where he stays true to his roots by also running a barn event center.

Bob brings a unique perspective to his role with FarmOp Capital.

He’s worked his way through the ag lending world with roles in the Farm Credit system, commercial banks, and alternative lenders.

Bob has navigated the production-based lending model of FarmOp Capital well during his tenure and is helping to manage development in our 21-state footprint.

Bob grew up on his family farm in Tipton, Iowa.

Rick brings nearly 40 years of experience in ag lending to his role with FarmOp Capital.

His agriculture career began working his grandfather’s cotton fields in northeast Arkansas and expanded to leadership roles in equipment financing for several leading financial institutions.

Rick has held positions in portfolio management, credit underwriting and business development, as well as sales and marketing throughout his career.

He’s worked for the agriculture division of TCF Equipment Finance, Daedong USA and Agricredit Acceptance LLC.

With broad capital markets and asset-backed lending experience, Katie brings a strong entrepreneurial spirit to her role with FarmOp.

She enjoys developing better, more streamlined processes in lending to ultimately improve efficiencies and drive lower cost of capital.

She joins FarmOp after 25 years of experience, most recently with the Blackstone Residential Trust.

With farm family ties in southern Minnesota, Katie feels FarmOp’s moral compass – to provide better products and solutions to farmers – at a personal level.
